Frequently asked questions
- What counts as an "active learner"?
- Any learner who has a scheduled session or submitted a deliverable within the last 30 days. Inactive learners don't count toward your allotment.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Is there a free trial?
- We offer a 14-day pilot on the Pro plan so you can validate the workflow with real learners before committing.
- What happens if I exceed my learner allotment?
- Additional active learners are billed at $4 per learner per month, prorated. You'll see a clear count in your dashboard.
- Do I need to process payments through OutcomeMentor?
- No. In-app Stripe checkout is optional (2.9% + $0.30 per charge). You can use your own payment links at 0% platform fee.
- What integrations are included?
- All paid plans integrate with Google and Microsoft calendars and Zoom or Google Meet for video sessions. Stripe is available for in-app payments.
